Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist  – School-Based

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time 
Setting: School-Based (ESY and/or NSY Opportunities Available)

Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas. This position offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules and is available for Extended School Year (June-July) and/or the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote carryover of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
  • Active state licensure or eligibility
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistants will also be considered
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
