This role is full-time and covers the current academic year, Extended School Year (ESY), and the upcoming school year, offering you extended security and the ability to plan ahead.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience required
• Experience with K-8 populations, including non-verbal students and a variety of disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services for K-8 students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work with students presenting a range of communication disorders
• Support students with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all special education requirements
