Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required
- Current SLP Certificate (CCC preferred)
- Experience in school settings with K-12 students
- Capacity to manage a varied caseload across multiple buildings
- Open to both on-site and virtual providers (if paired with an SLPA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students (individual and group)
- Manage a caseload of 55 treatment sessions per week, spread between three buildings (elementary, middle, high)
- Deliver 16 individual and 37 group 30-minute sessions weekly
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and goal setting for student progress
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse needs across age groups and abilities
