Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Passion for working with a diverse student population from elementary to high school
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • New graduates welcome; mentorship and supervision available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for assigned caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
  • Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment while advocating for student needs
