As an SLP, you’ll use your expertise to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized speech and language therapy interventions, collaborating closely with teachers and staff. Qualifications and Desired Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Active SLP license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with early elementary (K-1st) students a plus
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort delivering services onsite in a school setting

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-1st grade students
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance on communication strategies to support student success in the classroom
