Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one promptly
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly regarded
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and monitor students’ educational growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to promote student success
  • Contribute to IEP meetings as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and creative approaches to engage students
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
