Ideal candidates bring expertise in pediatric communication disorders and experience working in school or healthcare settings. Whether you hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), are starting your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or have specialized teletherapy skills, your commitment to advancing student success is what matters most.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in K-8 educational settings—special consideration for prior autism program experience
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
  • Knowledge of teletherapy tools and innovative service delivery
  • Comfort developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with teams and families
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) encouraged to apply

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting assessments, developing goals, and delivering therapy to K-8 students in a specialized autism program
  • Managing an active caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to support each student’s communication needs
  • Contributing to IEP planning and team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation
