This full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) for the 2026-2027 school year lets you make a meaningful impact as you help shape communication and social outcomes. You'll work with a dynamic, collaborative team in an innovative school environment near Phoenix, AZ, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students.

Whether you’re seasoned in schools or healthcare, have your CCCs, are completing your CFY, or have teletherapy experience, your background is valued here. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric settings, preferably with school-aged children
  • Demonstrated success with teletherapy and/or in-person interventions
  • Specialized knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and experience with augmentative or alternative communication
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans focused on student-centered outcomes
  • Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary staff, caregivers, and outside professionals
  • Deliver services in classroom, small group, one-on-one, and teletherapy environments
  • Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Support IEP development and participate in meetings as a core team member
