Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Arizona SLP license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Possesses a current Arizona Teaching Certification
- Has a valid AZ Fingerprint Card, or the ability to secure one promptly
- Experienced or highly motivated Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Previous work with pediatric populations, preferably in schools or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-first mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, diagnostics, and direct therapy for a diverse caseload of students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Serve as a resource on speech and language development for school staff and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
