Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention, and documentation for a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide therapy tailored to students’ objectives in both individual and group sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records, submit required paperwork, and monitor student progress regularly.
  • Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and other school staff regarding students’ speech and language needs and strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and progress reviews.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages students’ communication and social growth.
