Position Overview:

Location: Phoenix metro area, Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Setting: School-Based (K–12)
Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours
Caseload: Determined based on district needs and experience

What You'll Do:

Complete speech and language evaluations, screenings, and ongoing assessments
Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals and individualized student needs
Create engaging intervention strategies to support communication development
Work with students on articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, pragmatic language, and related communication areas
Partner with teachers, families, and school teams to support academic and social progress
Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
School-based or pediatric experience is helpful but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for supporting student achievement through communication development
