This exciting contract opportunity is ideal for Speech Language Pathologists passionate about supporting K-8 students in a vibrant school setting. Two full-time SLPs are needed to serve approximately 35-40 students at a single site, providing impactful interventions and fostering communication skills that change lives. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, for a total of 35 hours each week—perfect for those who thrive in a consistent, school-based environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Recent experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings working with K-8th grade populations
  • Proven skills with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices—this experience is essential for the caseload
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-8
  • Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Employ AAC solutions to support students with complex communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
  • Track progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policy
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
