We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time contract position working with a caseload of approximately 35-40 students. You’ll collaborate closely as part of a supportive team, all within a single site conveniently located near Phoenixville, PA. This role offers the unique opportunity to serve children across elementary and middle grades in a welcoming, focused environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure and appropriate SLP credentials (CCC or CFY considered)
  • Experience in school-based and pediatric settings
  • Proficiency with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs and grade levels

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic services to K-8 students with a range of needs
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide AAC evaluation, training, and ongoing support for students and staff
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, goal-setting, and progress reports for your caseload
  • Engage students in creative, motivating therapy activities to foster communication growth
