Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligibility for SLP Licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in school-based SLP services
- Experience or interest in teletherapy platforms
- Proficient with pediatric caseloads and IEP development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for students across various age groups
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Utilize teletherapy when appropriate to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and document all services in compliance with district requirements
- Participate in team meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
