Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with valid state licensure and SLP-CCC required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to the needs of diverse student populations
- Comfortable working with various age groups and student needs
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with teams of educators, parents, and related service providers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and document progress for a varied caseload
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to established procedures for documentation and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in speech and language development
