Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing both direct and consultative, collaborative services
• Thorough understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseloads and environments

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized intervention plans and track student progress
• Contribute to the development and execution of IEPs
• Consult with classroom staff and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
