Make a direct impact on students’ communication skills working as an SLP in a supportive school setting in the Broomall area. In this contract role, you’ll provide essential speech-language services for the Low Incidence Program at the Marple Education Center, collaborating with educational professionals to foster student growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds or is eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience delivering SLP services within a school environment
• Strong understanding of the needs of students with significant communication challenges
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic techniques and individualized support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students with low-incidence disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services 3-4 days per week as part of a full-time caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to share progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and outcomes according to school and legal requirements
