Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active SLP-CCC licensure for Ohio
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably at the junior high or secondary level
  • Ability to collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Available for onsite, full-time hours throughout the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to junior high students
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
  • Consult with teachers and other educational professionals to support student achievement
  • Attend required meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to families and staff
