Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, serving students from early childhood through high school for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time role runs from August 26 to May 27, offering a stable schedule of 35 hours per week across four workdays (Tuesday through Friday, 8.75 hours daily). You’ll provide high-quality speech therapy services for a caseload of up to 50 students, with the current focus on early childhood and elementary-aged learners.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children reach their communication goals and are ready to support a diverse student population. Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants are encouraged to apply, making this an excellent position for both experienced SLPs and those launching their careers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • CFY candidates are welcome—supervision and mentorship available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct intervention to students on your caseload
  • Track, document, and report on student progress
  • Provide consultation and strategies to educators and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams
