Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric environment is preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students with speech and language difficulties
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, individually or in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
