Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but open to new graduates with clinical internships in schools
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with team members
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, according to student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services provided
• Consult with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills across academic settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and continuing education
