Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric environment is preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students with speech and language difficulties
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, individually or in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
