Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible MN SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborating with educators and families
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students presenting a range of speech, language, and communication needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech/language assessments and therapy to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Maintain detailed therapy documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
