Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible MN SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborating with educators and families
• Ability to work effectively with K-12 students presenting a range of speech, language, and communication needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech/language assessments and therapy to K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
• Maintain detailed therapy documentation and progress records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
