Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered.
- Experience or interest in K-12 populations.
- Familiarity with school-based services, teletherapy platforms, and pediatric caseloads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, using a variety of service delivery modalities (in-person and teletherapy).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and educational outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
- Provide education and resources to students and families as needed.
