Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered.
• Experience or interest in K-12 populations.
• Familiarity with school-based services, teletherapy platforms, and pediatric caseloads.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, using a variety of service delivery modalities (in-person and teletherapy).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and educational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide education and resources to students and families as needed.
