Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • Strong pediatric background with experience in school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and delivery
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and write comprehensive IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other school professionals to advocate for student needs
  • Provide both individual and group therapy onsite or through teletherapy as assigned
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to multidisciplinary teams
