Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP State License and Educator Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Previous experience working in elementary school settings with diverse student populations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload of approximately 50 students with varying needs
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing assessment, diagnosis, and direct intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Participating in IEP meetings and communicating progress with families and staff
- Consulting with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
- Maintaining detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Creating an inclusive environment that fosters growth and learning for all students
