Speech Language Pathologist in Pinson, AL

Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP State License and Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings with diverse student populations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload of approximately 50 students with varying needs
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing assessment, diagnosis, and direct intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Participating in IEP meetings and communicating progress with families and staff
• Consulting with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
• Maintaining detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Creating an inclusive environment that fosters growth and learning for all students
