Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Deep familiarity with regulations governing special education and related programs for children with disabilities.
• Understanding of pediatric and adolescent cognitive and physical development, as well as diagnostic tools relevant to evaluating speech and language needs.
• Proficient in terminology describing learning and physical disabilities.
• Competence in compiling and analyzing relevant data, as well as interpreting laws and policies related to educational services.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to adapt and contribute flexibly across assignments based on changing school requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Educator Certification.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASHA (CCC) Certification and ABSESPA Licensure.

Position Information:
