Desired Skills and Experience:

• Hold a valid SLP license; CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with pediatric populations or in a school environment is highly valued.
• Proficiency in conducting speech/language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized plans, and tracking student progress.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families.
• Ability to adapt intervention techniques to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student growth and participation.
• Assess, document, and report student progress regularly, modifying approaches as necessary.
• Engage with families and caregivers, providing updates and resources to encourage carryover at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely records as required by school guidelines.
