Desired Skills and Experience:
- Hold a valid SLP license; CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in a school environment is highly valued.
- Proficiency in conducting speech/language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized plans, and tracking student progress.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families.
- Ability to adapt intervention techniques to meet diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student growth and participation.
- Assess, document, and report student progress regularly, modifying approaches as necessary.
- Engage with families and caregivers, providing updates and resources to encourage carryover at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely records as required by school guidelines.
