Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication needs as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification for the upcoming school year. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential, providing direct therapy and consultative services in a dynamic, supportive educational setting just outside Pittsburg, CA.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
  • Valid state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary, middle, or high school students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic success and social development
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
