Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication needs as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification for the upcoming school year. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
- Valid state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in California
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary, middle, or high school students
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic success and social development
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
