Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential (new grads with strong skills encouraged to apply)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to fostering student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for K-12 students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for interventions
• Deliver both direct and consultative services utilizing best practices in school-based speech-language therapy
