Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged
• School-based SLP experience or pediatric clinical background is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, voice, and fluency disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and IEP compliance
• Educate families and school staff regarding strategies to support communication goals
• Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
