This full-time contract opportunity places you within a diverse district near Pittsburg, CA, where your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist will be highly valued. Opportunities are available for experienced SLPs (SLP-CCC) as well as Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF). New grads with strong potential are encouraged to apply and will be supported throughout their assignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates actively seeking clinical fellowship will be considered
  • Valid state licensure (or eligible), with ability to secure required credentials by start date
  • Experience with K-12 populations preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with diverse student populations and helping them reach their potential

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students in K-12 setting
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based interventions
