Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience, particularly with K-5th grade students, is highly valued
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to administer speech evaluations and maintain compliance with IEP documentation requirements

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations as needed
• Develop, update, and manage IEPs, collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
• Track student progress and make data-driven recommendations for continued support
• Effectively manage a caseload of 55 students, meeting required timelines and school standards
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians and participate in IEP team meetings
