Full-Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) – Syracuse, NY | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant is partnering with a school district in Syracuse to hire a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This full-time school-based role offers a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and strong support for both experienced clinicians and new graduates.

Position Overview

* Full-time position
* 2026–2027 academic year

* Caseload determined by district needs
* Hourly compensation between **$50–$60**

Primary Responsibilities

* Deliver speech and language therapy services to students
* Complete evaluations and develop individualized therapy goals
* Work alongside teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates
* Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

Qualifications

* Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
* Active New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
* CF applicants welcome
* School-based experience preferred, but not required
