Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Reading, PA | 2026–2027 School Year

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Reading, Pennsylvania to hire a full-time, onsite SLP for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview

  • Location: Reading, PA
  • Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week
  • Caseload: Elementary School Students
  • Employment Type: W-2 Employee
  • Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Work Setting: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education credentials and clearances as required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required
