Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Confidence working with young children, Pre-K–4th grade
  • Ability to travel between two close sites as needed

Your Role:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Support the development of communication skills that foster academic achievement
  • Adjust interventions and strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
