Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Confidence working with young children, Pre-K–4th grade
- Ability to travel between two close sites as needed
Your Role:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
- Support the development of communication skills that foster academic achievement
- Adjust interventions and strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
