Ideal experience and qualifications include:

  • Active SLP-CCC or SLPA state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Expertise working with K-12 caseloads
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to varied student needs and learning environments
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide support for both in-class and pull-out services as needed
  • Engage positively with diverse learners
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress tracking
