School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (Pre-K – 4th Grade)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position near Pittsfield, Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a school-based SLP who enjoys working with early childhood and elementary-aged students in a collaborative educational setting.
The selected clinician will support students across two school sites, serving a Pre-K through 4th grade caseload focused on early intervention, language development, articulation, and foundational communication skills.
Position Details:
• Full-time school-based SLP position
• On-site only (no remote option)
• Contract dates: August 25, 2026 – June 11, 2027
• Serving 2 school sites within Hoosac Valley School District
• Caseload: Pre-K through 4th grade students
• Collaborative special education and student services team
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Support early language development, articulation, fluency, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school team
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Massachusetts SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
