Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in group settings
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations
- Foster positive, effective relationships with students, families, and staff
