Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Active SLP license in Pennsylvania
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience providing pediatric speech/language therapy in schools or healthcare settings
  • Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of school-based therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a small and manageable caseload of students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor individual treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop measurable IEP goals and progress reporting
