Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- California SLP licensure in good standing
- Experience working in school settings, especially with preschool and elementary populations, strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy to students
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations
