Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy in school environments, preferably with K-12th grade students
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on students’ IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in-person, targeting a variety of communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other related service providers for multidisciplinary support
  • Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Counsel and educate students, families, and educational staff on communication strategies and techniques
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
