As a full-time speech-language pathologist with CCC credentialing, you’ll provide personalized support to help students develop vital communication skills, positively impacting their educational journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• California licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Skilled at working independently and as part of interdisciplinary teams
• Committed to the success and growth of students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12th students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with families, providing strategies to reinforce progress at home
• Offer professional input to educators for accommodating various communication needs in the classroom
