What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Design and implement customized therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Lead engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
- Keep meticulous records of student progress and communicate findings clearly
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care
- Partner with families, educating and involving them throughout the therapy process
Requirements and Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, state-approved licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children and/or school-aged students preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
