Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Recent school-based experience or strong clinical pediatrics background
- Ability to work across multiple locations, adapting to diverse student populations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, organization, and a collaborative spirit
- Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation requirements
- Versatility with virtual and in-person therapy delivery methods considered a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans within IEP frameworks
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Prepare timely, accurate documentation and progress reports
- Attend meetings, contribute expertise, and participate in ongoing professional development
- Foster an inclusive environment supporting diverse student needs and backgrounds
