School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Placitas, New Mexico

We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy and evaluation services to students across elementary and secondary levels. This role offers a consistent schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week with a caseload of 40-50 students, allowing you to build strong, meaningful connections throughout the school year.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for, or current possession of, NM RLD and NMPED licenses (support provided as needed)
• Comfortable working with a diverse school-age population
• Open to both licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), fostering professional growth
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and IEP documentation
• Collaborative spirit and effective communication with students, families, and school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Serve students at both elementary and secondary levels
• Maintain detailed and timely records of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities
