Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Knowledge of IEP processes and a passion for helping students reach their goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP documentation and meetings
• Consult with teachers and parents to develop effective classroom strategies and supports
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
