Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligible) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate effectively with families and staff
• Consult with teachers and provide strategies that support student progress in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings to provide insights and recommendations for student support
