Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current state licensure or eligibility (SLP or CFY)
  • Strong foundation in early childhood development
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for serving diverse learners in a school-based setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language services to children in early childhood programs
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver effective therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
  • Engage in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and regular team events
  • Participate in annual performance reviews and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Keep accurate records to ensure compliance with school and district policies
