Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure or eligibility (SLP or CFY)
- Strong foundation in early childhood development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for serving diverse learners in a school-based setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language services to children in early childhood programs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver effective therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Engage in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and regular team events
- Participate in annual performance reviews and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Keep accurate records to ensure compliance with school and district policies
