Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy in individual and group settings, both in-person and via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families, providing information and strategies to promote communication skills
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
