Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Plainfield, NJ

This summer assignment focuses on providing Extended School Year (ESY) support from June 29 to July 30, 2026, with daily hours from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The position is located near Plainfield, NJ.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatrics and/or school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and generate progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and participate in ESY staff meetings
