This full-time position is available immediately through October 2026, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 8:40am–2:55pm. Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of a variety of assessments, intervention techniques, and IEP processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and collaborate within a school-based multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Offer strategies and resources to support classroom teachers in language development activities
