Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language services to young learners during the 2026-2027 school year. This position features a hybrid structure, allowing you to split your time between onsite and remote workdays—the exact schedule will be tailored to fit your preferences after discussions with the director. You’ll be supporting students in early childhood through first grade, all located on the same campus, focusing on a wide range of communication needs including articulation, language, and pragmatic skills.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid licensure as an SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a school setting
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Experience with early childhood (ECSE 3 through 1st grade) highly appreciated
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Commitment to engaging young students and supporting their growth across various speech and language areas

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language needs on the ECSE 3-1st grade campus
  • Design individualized treatment plans focused on supporting articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social-pragmatic abilities; no AAC intervention required for this caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation of progress, attendance, and session notes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for student support plans
  • Supervision and mentorship are available for clinical fellows
