Speech Language Pathologist in Plainview, TX

Take on a fulfilling speech-language role serving early childhood and elementary-aged students for the 2026–2027 school year! This contract opportunity features a hybrid schedule, blending onsite and remote work to provide flexibility and support your professional goals. The specifics of your onsite/remote split will be determined during the interview, tailored to your individual preferences and needs.

You’ll be working exclusively with students in the ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) through first grade, delivering high-quality services focused on articulation, language, and pragmatic skills. There are no AAC cases included in this caseload. The assignment is for 37.5 hours per week.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active credentials as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA eligible to practice in Texas schools
• Experience in school settings is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable servicing a diverse student population, with supervision available for new clinicians
• Flexibility to work a hybrid onsite/remote model as agreed during your interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and documentation for students in ECSE – 1st grade
• Address individual education plan (IEP) goals related to articulation, language, and pragmatic/social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Utilize both onsite and teletherapy approaches, as your schedule allows
