Qualifications & Skills Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required for SLP/CF)
• Texas licensure or eligibility for SLP, CFY, or SLPA roles within school settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow applicants welcome with supervision provided
• Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric caseloads a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based and culturally sensitive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide direct speech-language therapy for students in ECSE through first grade
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and campus staff to support student success
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards for Special Education services
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and assist in student transitions when needed
