Step into a vital contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting middle and elementary students. This full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by addressing a diverse range of speech and language needs within a supportive educational environment.

Position Details:

  • Serve a caseload of approximately 35 students in a school-based setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals for speech and language services
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students and deliver direct and indirect therapy
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education professionals, administrators, and families
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to a collaborative team approach
  • The position is onsite, following a full-time, 40-hour work week

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary and middle school students, is highly valued
  • Strong organization, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Reliable transportation for consistent onsite attendance
