Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting desirable
- Familiarity with early childhood caseloads and developing IEPs strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative support within the classroom environment
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring all required documentation is up-to-date
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
