School Speech Language Pathologist - Plano, TX

Take your expertise and make an impact in a school-based setting near Plano, TX, as a licensed CCC-SLP. This full-time contract opportunity begins August 11, 2026, and wraps up May 27, 2027. There's flexibility for part-time schedules if preferred. You’ll support students throughout the school year and play a key role within a collaborative, caring educational environment.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Confidence in leading IEP meetings and conducting evaluations/re-evaluations
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and serve as Case Manager for assigned students
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload
• Supervise and mentor two SLPAs (one monolingual, one bilingual), ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Offer consultation to teachers and families to maximize student success
